Sea Kayaking

This was honestly the most awesome thing I have EVER done. We went kayaking at Colombia glacier in Valdez. We got to see otters, sea lions, and orca whales! It was absolutely beautiful kayaking around the icebergs and being able to experience this. Its gonna be a hard one to top!

Thresa's Summer

So here's what's been happening lately to me this summer. I have gone to Homer, Valdez, Anchorage, Palmer, Seward, and on short trips for canoeing and fourwheeling. This coming weekend I am going sea kayaking...I'll send pictures of that as soon as I get them. How exciting. Enjoy.

Wilderness Weekend

Tobey's sister and her husband came up for the weekend and we went on a site seeing tour of the nearby waterfalls - Mesa Falls - and we even ventured into Yellowstone and saw a waterfall there too - Cave Falls - it was a lot of fun and while we were in Yellowstone we found a really nice campground that we are going to try to camp at later this summer. :) The girls had a blast. They love to be outdoors. Enjoy!

4th of July Fun (A Little Late)

OK I was gone all week on a (yes) Vacation. Well acutually I had to work Monday and Tuesday, but the rest of the time I was in the mountains enjoying the wonderfullness ( is that a word?) of nature. Pat and Cheri, Mike and Margo, Don and Vicki and Chelse, Katie and Waylon and Grandma Vera were there, and we just went 4 wheeling and sat around and BSed for the week. Other than that not much new has been going on. Sorry I didn't get back sooner but this is Dad your are talking to and I am the second most active blogger on this Blog, although way behind #1. Any way here are some exciting pictures of the holiday known as Independence Day. Love Dad.

Don't you worry! Michelle and I have something planned that will knock your socks off for our addition to this page. Really, I would be writing more, but honestly nothing too exciting has happened...yet. I am going on a fishing trip this weekend with mom, meesh, dave and jessy, so we will see to which adventureous heights this will take us. Oh feel the suspense. I will send pics of it when we get home. We were actually supposed to leave tonight, but we broke down before we got to Eilson AF base. Go figure. Sorry Melyssa!!! Jessy and I just got a new computer and for the first time High speed internet. We promise to do better with keeping in touch and we will become frequent bloggers. Love you guys. The girls are soo cute and hopefully they will have a cousin on our side soon:)
